Outside of holidays and weekends, orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of your order placement.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We’ll send you the UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you’re local to Austin, we can arrange local pick-up to save you the flat rate shipping fee!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
All vintage rugs ship at a flat rate $25 domestically via UPS. We gladly ship internationally for a flat rate of $75 per order

Absolutely! Please use code LOCAL for free shipping/meet up for delivery if you are local to Austin.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All of the rugs sold on The Southern Loom are of vintage and antique condition, which means that it is a rug that is pre-owned. Things such as wear, some discoloration and imperfections are all considered normal and not defects. All rugs are professionally cleaned before being sold. All rugs are photographed in natural lighting without the use of filters. We try to capture the true nature of each rug. Please know that the colors of the rugs may vary depending on what screen you are viewing them from.
**Please note: Natural lighting plays a big part in the appearance of a rug in a home or staged setting. If natural lighting is absent it is very possible the colors of the rug will appear darker or different than pictured on our website.
If for any reason, you aren’t thrilled with your vintage rug purchase, you may submit a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your vintage rug to receive a code for your store credit.
Once your return is received by us in good condition, we’ll process your store credit minus a nominal $25 USD restocking fee per rug.
** If you are returning your rug from outside the US, all sales are final.
Please note that rugs must have their original Southern Loom tag and be in the same condition they were received in to be eligible for refund. To initiate your return, please email us at hello@thesouthernloom.com.
If you'd like to exchange your rug, please purchase the rug you’d like to exchange for, as our one of a kind vintage rugs often sell out quickly. We’ll then refund you for your original purchase once we’ve received your return. Thank you for your understanding.
